Spring grant applications due April 13

Spring grant applications are due to The Summit Foundation by noon on Friday, April 13, 2012. Application forms are available here or by calling The Foundation at (970) 453-5970. Applications are available in online format or as a downloadable and printable document. Using the online form eliminates the requirement to submit 25 copies, as must be done using the printable application. Any organization planning to submit an application must use the current application form. First time applicants are asked to contact Lee Zimmerman at The Foundation prior to submitting a grant request.
